A topographic survey is a map/paper or electronic 3D image prepared from field data defining the horizontal and vertical position of the surface and underground features of a property. It can be used for numerous reasons like design landscaping, completing lot grading and much more.

SUBDIVISION DESIGN DEVELOPMENT AND APPROVAL

SURVEYOR’S REAL PROPERTY REPORT (MORTGAGE SURVEY)
We can prepare a survey plan for locations of buildings—including garages and sheds—and any accompanying walkways, powerlines and other features.
